Step 2: You have to then sign up by choosing a username and password and signing in. Sign in and you will have to set up your account.

Step 3: Complete one of the offers listed there.  Many of these are just free trials, so they won't cost you a thing.  Choose an offer that you would complete either way. This way you really have nothing to lose, just in case you are still skeptical about this whole thing. They have a lot of offers to choose from.
